The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Gwadabe Foundation, Ambassador Abubakar Lawal Suleiman, MAPSA, Wazirin Nupe, has described peace and unity as the fundamental pillars for achieving meaningful and sustainable development in society.
Ambassador Suleiman stated this while addressing thousands of youths who paid him a solidarity visit to commend his leadership style and humanitarian contributions through the Gwadabe Foundation.
He emphasized that no society can record genuine progress without peaceful coexistence and unity among its people, especially the youth who remain the driving force of development.
He urged young people to shun violence, intolerance, and divisive tendencies, noting that collective responsibility, dialogue, and mutual respect are essential for building a prosperous and stable society.
Earlier, the leader of the youth delegation, Comrade Emmanuel Christopher, said the visit was to express solidarity with Ambassador Suleiman and to commend him for what he described as “a job well done,” particularly in youth empowerment, community development, and peacebuilding initiatives.
Comrade Christopher praised the Gwadabe Foundation for its continuous support for youths and called on other leaders and philanthropists to emulate Ambassador Suleiman’s commitment to unity, peace, and grassroots development.
The solidarity visit featured goodwill messages and renewed pledges of support from the youths toward sustaining peace and development across the community.
