FHA Director Condemn Attack, Donate Relief Materials, Cash To Victims Of Yelewata Community

Spirited Individuals, Groups and Organizations have continued to visit Yelewata Community in Benue State to show solidarity with victims of the area after a tragic attack led to the death of over hundreds people, including children.
Among the latest visitors is the Executive Director, Finance and Accounts, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Dr. Mathias Byuan,  who described the ill fated attack on Yelewata Community as a deliberate attempt to dispossess the people of their ancestral land, emphasizing the need for unity and cooperation to address insecurity in the state. 


He expressed his condolences to the people of Yelewata Community in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State, following a recent tragic attack that resulted in the loss of over 200 lives. 
Dr. Byuan reassured the Community of the Federal Government's commitment to restoring lasting peace and security in the state.
During the visit, Dr. Byuan and his wife, Mrs. Anas Byuan donated 250 bags of rice and a cash relief package to support the affected families and displaced persons. 
The delegation also included various political figures and leaders who came to show support and solidarity with the grieving community. 

Leaders of Yelewata Community in their separate remarks thanked the Executive Director, Finance and Account, Federal Housing Authority, Dr. Mathias Byuan and his delegation for the visit which they said has brought an array of hope and comfort to the entire Yelewata Community during their time of mourning.
