Katsina ADC Governorship Candidate Babba Kaita Condoles Sabuwa Community Over District Head's Death

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Katsina State, Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita, has paid a condolence visit to the people of Sabuwa following the death of the District Head of Sabuwa, Alhaji Ibrahim Bello Kogo.
Leading a high-powered delegation of ADC leaders, supporters and well-wishers to Sabuwa on Wednesday, Senator Kaita sympathised with the bereaved family and the entire community over the monarch's passing.
The delegation was received by the deceased's eldest son and Yariman Sabuwa, Alhaji Bello Ibrahim.
Speaking during the visit, Senator Kaita described the late traditional ruler as a dedicated leader who devoted his life to the peace, development and welfare of his people.
He noted that the glowing tributes from residents reflected the late District Head's exemplary character and pious lifestyle.
The ADC governorship candidate prayed for Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give his family and the people of Sabuwa the strength to bear the loss.
He also prayed for divine intervention to end insecurity and banditry in Katsina State, particularly in Sabuwa and other affected communities, as well as across the country.
Responding on behalf of the family, the Yariman Sabuwa, Alhaji Bello Ibrahim, expressed appreciation to Senator Kaita for personally leading the delegation to condole with the family. He prayed for Allah to accept the prayers offered and grant the governorship candidate and other ADC candidates success in their aspirations.
The delegation included the ADC Deputy Governorship candidate, Arc. Aminu Ahmad Yar'adua; Katsina South Senatorial candidate, Sen. Jamilu Mohammed Lion; Funtua/Dandume House of Representatives candidate, Hon. Barr. U. U. Buhari; Dandume State House of Assembly candidate, Hon. Hamisu Garkuwa; Sabuwa State House of Assembly candidate, Hon. Halima Umar; Hon. Rabilu Musa Dandume; the ADC State Secretary, as well as other party leaders, supporters and well-wishers from the Funtua Zone.
