The Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, was among top government officials who joined Governor Abdullahi A. Sule at the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the Nasarawa State Government for the establishment of the proposed Global University of Public Relations and Leadership (UPRL) in Gudi, Akwanga Local Government Area.
The landmark event, held on Monday, July 7, 2025, marked a significant step toward positioning Nasarawa as a hub for leadership and communication excellence in Nigeria and beyond.
As part of the ceremony, Governor Sule officially presented the land titles for the proposed university site to the leadership of NIPR, symbolizing the government’s strong commitment to the realization of the institution.
The proposed UPRL aims to be a world-class institution dedicated to producing communication leaders, diplomats, and public relations professionals with global relevance.
Other key dignitaries at the event included top government functionaries, members of the NIPR governing council, traditional rulers, and community stakeholders.
