Nasarawa SDP Governorship Candidate Sarkin Dawaki Congratulates Gabam on Court Victory

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate in Nasarawa State, Alhaji Tanimu Salihu Sarkin Dawaki, has congratulated the party's National Chairman, Shehu Musa Gabam, following a Federal High Court judgment affirming him as the authentic National Chairman of the party.
In a congratulatory message, Sarkin Dawaki described the court's decision as a victory for justice, internal democracy, and the rule of law, expressing confidence that the judgment would further strengthen the SDP ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The Federal High Court's ruling reaffirmed the legitimacy of the Gabam-led National Working Committee (NWC), providing legal certainty over the party's leadership.
Sarkin Dawaki urged party members across the country to remain united and committed to the ideals of the SDP, noting that the judgment offers an opportunity for the party to consolidate its structures, expand its membership, and intensify preparations for future elections.
He also congratulated the party leadership and supporters nationwide, expressing optimism that the SDP would emerge stronger and more united in the aftermath of the court's decision.
