Audu Alhaji Sule scored a total of 47,393 votes, while Silas Ali Agara scored 2,915 votes,” he declared.
Guri further stated that Engineer Sule satisfied all constitutional requirements and guidelines of the APC, having secured the highest lawful votes cast during the exercise, and was therefore declared winner and returned as the party’s senatorial candidate for Nasarawa North Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 general election.
Dignitaries present during the declaration of results included the Secretary to the Nasarawa State Government, Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, SAN, the Nasarawa State APC Chairman, Alhaji Aliyu Bello, members of the National Assembly Primary Election Committee, as well as returning officers from Akwanga, Wamba and Nasarawa Eggon local government areas.
Political observers say the overwhelming margin of victory recorded by Governor Sule reflects his strong political influence and growing support base across Nasarawa North, positioning him as a formidable contender in the forthcoming 2027 National Assembly election.
