The Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, has expressed appreciation to the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Grassroots Movement 2027, Nasarawa State Chapter, for honouring him with an Award of Excellence for Transformational Leadership and appointing him as Patron of the Movement.

The delegation, led by the State Coordinator, Comrade Amb. Bartholomew David, paid a courtesy visit to the Attorney General’s office where the honour was formally acknowledged.

Earlier, Bartholomew David explained that the choice of Barr. Danladi was based on his outstanding contributions to societal growth, unwavering support for progressive ideals, and demonstrated love for the people.

He noted that the Movement found the Attorney General most deserving of two major honours , the Award of Excellence for Transformational Leadership and his investiture as Patron of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Grassroots Movement 2027 in Nasarawa State.

According to him, the recognition reflects the Movement’s confidence in Danladi’s leadership capacity and alignment with the vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Responding, Barr. Danladi apologized for the slight delay in receiving the delegation due to official engagements and commended the group for its dedication to grassroots political development.

“I sincerely appreciate your visit and the kind words.

This recognition will further spur me to continue to give my best in the service of humanity,” he said.
He described the Movement as focused and genuinely grassroots-driven, stressing that its success depends on active engagement at the community level.

The Attorney General charged members to intensify mobilisation efforts in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections, noting that grassroots politics must go beyond rhetoric to practical action.

“It is not enough to claim grassroots; it must be demonstrated.

You must work within communities to mobilize support effectively,” he stated.
He further emphasized the need for mass participation in political processes, urging the Movement to prioritize registration drives across communities.
