n a move aimed at bolstering youth-focused collaboration between state and federal governments, the Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State on Youth Development, Comrade Akashe Abdullahi Ari, has paid a courtesy visit to the Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Youth Initiatives (Delivery and Monitoring), Dr. (Mrs.) Titilope Gbadamosi.
The meeting, which took place at Dr. Gbadamosi’s office in the Federal Secretariat, Abuja, focused on strengthening partnerships for impactful youth development and effective programme delivery.
During the visit, Comr. Ari lauded President Tinubu for appointing Dr. Gbadamosi to such a strategic office, describing the move as a demonstration of the administration’s renewed commitment to youth inclusion and transformative governance.
“The office you occupy is critical to the success of youth empowerment across the country.
Your presence ensures that programmes for the Nigerian youth are well-monitored and implemented with clear results,” Ari stated.
He further used the opportunity to highlight the developmental strides of Nasarawa State under the leadership of Governor Abdullahi A. Sule, particularly in the area of youth empowerment and skills development.
In her remarks, Dr. Gbadamosi expressed appreciation for the visit and praised Comr. Ari’s passion and proactive engagement.
“Because of the commitment, zeal, and passion I see in you, Comr. Ari, Nasarawa State will definitely be one of the two North Central states I will be visiting soon,” she affirmed.
She reiterated her readiness to work closely with state-level youth development stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of federal initiatives at the grassroots.
The meeting is widely seen as a step in the right direction toward fostering stronger intergovernmental cooperation, aimed at expanding opportunities and enhancing service delivery for Nigerian youths.
