In a remarkable show of support for academic excellence and youth empowerment, the Atiku Abubakar Foundation (AAF) has awarded fully, funded scholarships to three outstanding Nigerian students, Nafisa Abdullahi, Rukaiya Mohammed Fema, and Khadija Kashim Kalli, who emerged as global winners at the recently concluded TeenEagle Global Finals.
The Foundation, in an official letter signed by its Acting Secretary, Prof. Ahmadu Shehu, commended the students for their exceptional performance in various categories of the international competition.
According to the AAF, the girls’ achievements reflect not only their personal brilliance but also the limitless potential of children to rise above barriers and achieve greatness, regardless of gender, background, or social class.
In recognition of their global feat, the Foundation has pledged to cover the remainder of the students' secondary education as well as their university studies at any institution of their choice.
Prof. Shehu reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to quality education, particularly for girls and other vulnerable groups, in line with the philanthropic vision of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, GCON.
“We wish you continued success in all your future endeavours,” the letter concluded, offering the Foundation’s warmest congratulations and support.
