The Honorable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, has emphasized the need for dedication, discipline, and teamwork among staff of the Ministry of Justice, as part of efforts to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Barr. Danladi made the call during a management meeting held at the ministry’s headquarters, where he addressed key issues affecting staff performance and outlined his vision for a more efficient justice system in the state.

He stressed the importance of introducing a robust feedback mechanism within the ministry, to ensure that communication flows effectively between leadership and all cadres of staff, while also tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

The Attorney General called for the full support and cooperation of all staff, urging them to demonstrate professionalism and a shared commitment to the goals of the ministry.

Barr. Danladi also used the opportunity to caution workers against the growing trend of reporting late to work and leaving before official closing hours, describing it as a counterproductive habit that undermines institutional performance and public trust.

He reminded the staff that discipline and punctuality are key elements of public service and essential for the smooth administration of justice in the state.

The meeting marks part of the commissioner’s renewed drive to reposition the ministry for greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability in line with Governor Abdullahi Sule’s reform agenda.
