The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barrister Isaac Danladi, was among the dignitaries who attended the funeral mass of Mr. Fredrick Mero-Asagba, elder brother to Mrs. Akabe, the wife of Nasarawa State Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe.
The funeral service took place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Zone 2, Wuse, Abuja, beginning at 10:00am.
Mr. Fredrick Mero-Asagba passed on at the age of 70 and was described by family and friends as a man of peace and humility.
The solemn ceremony drew family members, friends, associates, and government officials who came to pay their last respects and stand in solidarity with the Akabe family in their time of grief.
Barr. Danladi, in his condolence remarks, extended heartfelt sympathies on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and the government of Nasarawa State, praying for the repose of the deceased and strength for the bereaved.
