The North Central Reform Youth Assembly (NCRYA) Plateau State Chapter congratulates Dr. Cyril Tsenyil on his appointment as Managing Director of the North Central Development Commission  (NCDC) and Dr. Umar Ibrahim Mantu on his appointment as NCDC Board Member.
