NDC Nasarawa Working Committee Passes Vote of Confidence in Mai-Doya

The Nasarawa State Working Committee of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has passed a vote of confidence in the party’s governorship candidate, Hon. Abdullahi Yakubu Mai-Doya, reaffirming its support for him as the party’s sole candidate for the forthcoming governorship election.
The decision was reached during a meeting of the State Working Committee held at the party’s state secretariat in Lafia.
The meeting was attended by the State Chairman of the NDC, Comrade Dogo Shama, all 13 Local Government Council Chairmen, and members of the State Working Committee.
The party leadership, during the meeting, expressed confidence in Mai-Doya’s candidature and reaffirmed its commitment to working collectively towards the success of the party in the forthcoming election.
The vote of confidence, according to the party, was aimed at demonstrating unity within the Nasarawa State chapter and strengthening the party’s resolve behind its governorship candidate.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for the party leadership and its grassroots structures across the 13 local government areas to reaffirm their commitment to the candidate and the overall objectives of the NDC in Nasarawa State.
