Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia, has announced an immediate and comprehensive ban on all sign-out celebrations for graduating students, both on and off campus.

This decision, which takes effect immediately, aims to maintain public order and ensure the safety of lives and property.

In a circular issued after an Emergency Management Meeting, the Polytechnic’s management warned that any students caught participating in sign-out activities, even on social media, will face severe disciplinary action.

Security measures have been reinforced across campus to ensure compliance with the directive.

Speaking on behalf of the institution, the Director of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol, highlighted the importance of the ban.

"This decision is in the best interest of public safety and institutional discipline.

Any student found violating this directive, whether physically or through online participation, will face the full weight of the law," the Director emphasized.

The Polytechnic's management stressed that the directive is intended to deter any disruptive behavior while ensuring the safety of both students and the general public.

The institution remains committed to upholding discipline and security throughout its campus and surrounding areas.
