The family of former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency Salis Agara, has announced the burial arrangements for his late wife, Her Excellency Dr. Jummai Jakonda Agara. Dr. Agara passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, following a prolonged illness at Cedar Crest Hospital, Abuja.
The burial programme is scheduled as follows:
Friday, July 5, 2024:
Christian Wake:
3:00 PM at the deceased's residence in Low-Cost Housing Estate, Akwanga, Nasarawa State.
Saturday, July 6, 2024:
9:00 AM:
The body will be taken from the OLA Hospital's Mortuary in Akwanga.
10:00 AM:
Funeral service at ECWA Goodnews Church, Akwanga.
Thereafter: Final interment at the family compound.
The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to all who have shown support during this difficult time. "Adieu Jummai, continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ till we meet to part no more, Amen."
