Nasarawa First Lady Calls for Unity, Cooperation, Support for Tinubu and Sule Administrations

The First Lady of Nasarawa State, Her Excellency Hajiya Silifat Abdullahi A. Sule, has called for unity and cooperation among citizens during a Sallah homage at the Government House in Lafia.

The appeal was made while Hajiya Silifat received the wives of Honourable Commissioners, who visited her office on Friday to mark the celebration of Eid al-Adha. In her remarks, the First Lady emphasized the importance of unity in fostering peace and development within the state.

“The essence of our gathering here today is not just to celebrate Sallah but to remind ourselves of the strength we hold in our unity. 

I urge everyone to work together in harmony for the betterment of Nasarawa State,” Hajiya Silifat stated.

In addition to her call for unity, the First Lady urged the attendees to champion campaigns supporting the administrations of Governor Abdullahi Sule and President Ahmed Bola Tinubu. 

She emphasized the need for collective efforts to ensure the success of their leadership and their quest to provide good governance to their followers.

She praised the commissioners' wives for their support and encouraged them to continue promoting solidarity and understanding within their communities. 

The First Lady also highlighted various initiatives aimed at empowering women and children, reaffirming her commitment to improving the welfare of all residents of Nasarawa State.

The event concluded with an exchange of goodwill messages and a renewed pledge to uphold the values of unity and cooperation among the people of Nasarawa.
