Gbagyi ECWA Leaders Appreciate Danladi Over Youth, Women Empowerment

Leaders of the Gbagyi ECWA Church have paid a courtesy visit to the Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Hon. Isaac Danladi, to appreciate his contributions to the development of the Gbagyi community, particularly in the areas of youth and women empowerment as well as job appointments.
The church delegation, led by Rev. Zaphania Bitrus, expressed appreciation to Danladi for his accessibility and efforts towards creating opportunities for youths and women in the community.
Chief Philip Dada, who was also in the company of the Attorney General, added his voice to the visitors’ message, stressing the importance of supporting government initiatives and encouraging actions that would promote peace, unity and development in the community.
Speaking during the engagement, Danladi emphasised the need for citizens to support the government of the day, stressing that even in a religious setting, choices should be made in a manner that promotes development and improves the wellbeing of the community.
He noted that Christians should not regard politics as a bad venture, citing former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as an example of a Christian who brought the principles of his faith to bear in public service.
Danladi urged youths to make wise choices and support government policies and programmes capable of advancing the state.
He said the appreciation from the church had further inspired him to do more for the community, particularly in the areas of youth and women empowerment.
The Attorney General also lauded the magnanimity and developmental efforts of Governor Abdullahi A. Sule, urging the people to support the administration and "sow bountifully to reap bountifully" in the coming election.
He further appealed to the church and community leaders to intensify their efforts in preaching peace, tolerance and unity among the people.
Danladi stressed that peace remains essential for meaningful development, calling on religious and community leaders to continue encouraging peaceful coexistence and responsible citizenship.
The engagement ended with renewed calls for collaboration between community leaders, religious institutions and government towards improving the lives of youths, women and other members of the Gbagyi community.
