2027: Wadada Woos Christian Clergy, Pledges Inclusive Governance for Nasarawa
Hon. Isaac Danladi participates in Akwanga engagement with ERCC Christian leaders

The incoming Governor of Nasarawa State, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, has assured the Christian community of his commitment to fairness, equity, peaceful coexistence and inclusive governance if elected governor of the state in 2027.
Senator Wadada gave the assurance during an engagement with Christian clergy of the Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ (ERCC) Block at the ERCC Zion Gate Church in Akwanga.
The programme was hosted by the President of ERCC Worldwide, Very Rev. Dr. Dave Danjuma Denji, and was attended by prominent stakeholders, including the Hon.
Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Isaac Ahmadu Danladi.
The engagement provided an opportunity for Senator Wadada to present his “Heart Agenda” to the Christian community and outline his vision, policies and plans for the development of Nasarawa State.
Wadada emphasised the need for unity, peaceful coexistence, inclusiveness and collective commitment towards building a more prosperous state.
He assured the Christian community that his administration would govern for the benefit of all citizens, irrespective of their religious, ethnic or political differences.
The senator further pledged that fairness and equity would remain central to his leadership philosophy, promising to ensure that every section of Nasarawa State enjoys a sense of belonging under his administration.
Hon. Isaac Danladi’s participation in the programme underscored the presence of key stakeholders at the engagement, which provided an avenue for interaction between Senator Wadada and Christian leaders on issues concerning the future of Nasarawa State.
Senator Wadada concluded by reaffirming his commitment to an inclusive government that would promote peace, unity, fairness and sustainable development across the state.
