The Nasarawa State Government has secured an interim order from the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja Judicial Division, in connection with the threatened industrial action by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), Nasarawa State Branch.
The order was granted on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in Suit No. NICN/ABJ/311/2026, following an urgent application filed before the court by the Hon. Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Isaac Danladi.
The National Industrial Court, after considering the application, granted the interim relief pending the hearing and determination of the substantive interlocutory application.
The development temporarily places the threatened industrial action under judicial consideration as the parties await further proceedings in the matter.
The Nasarawa State Government's legal action is aimed at addressing the issues surrounding the proposed strike through the judicial process.
