Omeri Mourns Emir of Lafia's Brother, Condoles Royal Family

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Nasarawa South Senatorial District, Dr. Mike Omeri, has expressed profound grief over the death of Alhaji Ahmed Bage, younger brother of the Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Dauda Bage I.
In a condolence message issued on Monday, Omeri described the late Ahmed Bage as a humble, dignified and devoted community leader whose passing represents a great loss to the Lafia Emirate.
He extended his heartfelt condolences to the Emir of Lafia, the Bage family, the Lafia Emirate Council and the people of the emirate, praying Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest and forgive his shortcomings.
Omeri said the death of Ahmed Bage was not only a painful loss to the royal family but also to the entire Lafia Emirate, noting that his exemplary life and unwavering commitment to unity and community development would remain a lasting legacy.
He urged the Emir, the royal family and the people of Lafia Emirate to take solace in the impactful life lived by the deceased and prayed for Allah to grant them the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The PDP senatorial candidate also prayed that Allah would admit the late Ahmed Bage into Aljannatul Firdaus and continue to comfort the Emir, the Bage family and the entire Lafia Emirate during this period of mourning.
