APC Names Prince Michael Ojotule South-South Coordinator for Ododo/Oyibo 2027 Re-election Campaign
Supporters say appointment will boost grassroots mobilisation and strengthen party structure ahead of Kogi governorship poll

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Prince Michael Ojotule as the South-South Coordinator for the 2027 re-election campaign of Kogi State Governor, , and Deputy Governor, .
The appointment has been greeted with widespread jubilation among APC supporters and members of the Kogi community resident in the South-South geopolitical zone, particularly in Rivers State, who described the development as a recognition of Ojotule's years of dedication to grassroots mobilisation and party building.
Prince Ojotule, who currently serves as the Kogi State Coordinator of the South West Agenda for Asiwaju and North Central Alliance (SWAGA/NCA), is credited by party supporters with expanding the Ododo/Oyibo political support base across Rivers State and other parts of the South-South.
A former House of Representatives aspirant for Idah Federal Constituency, Ojotule is widely regarded within the APC as a seasoned grassroots politician with extensive experience in political mobilisation and party organisation.
In a congratulatory message, APC members in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his leadership qualities, loyalty and commitment to the growth of the party.
The party faithful expressed confidence that Ojotule would provide effective coordination for the APC campaign structure in the South-South and mobilise support for the Ododo/Oyibo ticket ahead of the 2027 Kogi State governorship election.
