The frontline governorship aspirant in Nasarawa State under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Aliyu Ahmad Wadada, has continued his statewide consultation tour with a strategic visit to Awe Local Government Area, where he interfaced with party leaders, stakeholders, youths, and women groups.

Speaking during the engagement, Senator Wadada said the visit provided an opportunity to interact directly with the grassroots, listen to the concerns of the people, and appreciate them for their unwavering support and commitment toward the collective vision of a greater Nasarawa State.

He described the meeting as a moment of reflection, dialogue, and renewed connection with the people of Awe, stressing the importance of grassroots participation in shaping the future of the state.

The governorship hopeful also unveiled his “HEARTS Agenda,” outlining its major pillars aimed at promoting inclusive development, human capital advancement, accountability, rural transformation, youth and women empowerment, as well as sustainable governance across Nasarawa State.

According to him, the agenda is designed to address the pressing socio-economic needs of the people while ensuring transparent and people-oriented leadership.

Wadada noted that the interaction also enabled him to receive valuable feedback from residents and stakeholders, which he said would further strengthen his vision and policy direction for the state.

The entourage accompanying the senator included prominent political figures such as Musa Ilu, Umar Tanko Dan’Akano, Aminu Mu’azu Maifata, Joseph Haruna Kigbu, Tanko Umar Tunga, Hudu A. Hudu, Mustapha Galadima, and Mohammed Ayitogo, alongside members of the Wadada Campaign Council and other support groups.

Residents of Awe Local Government reportedly expressed optimism over the consultation visit and pledged continued support toward the realization of the senator’s developmental aspirations for Nasarawa State.

Senator Wadada reaffirmed his commitment to building a stronger, united, and inclusive Nasarawa State through collective leadership and people-centered governance.
