PDP Vows to Reclaim Power in 2027

Bauchi Governor, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad expressed confidence that the PDP will wrest power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), to make things better for Nigeria and Nigerians again.

He reaffirmed his membership of Nigeria’s main opposition Peoples Democratic Party, said Nigerians are “yearning” for the opposition party to regain power in 2027.
Recall that Bala Muhammad, who is the Chairman of the PDP Governors Forum, has made several public pronouncements that he will not leave the PDP for any reason.
The Governor, on Friday, completed his PDP E-Registration on the party’s digital membership platform, a confirmation of his stance about the PDP.
A visibly happy Bala Muhammad has encouraged other party members and supporters across the country to take advantage of the initiative by commencing their e-registration through their respective wards nationwide.
He described the exercise as an important step towards strengthening the party’s membership database and internal organization.
The Governor further reiterated that the PDP remains the only formidable opposition in Nigeria, as well as the party to beat in the 2027 general elections.
