Governor Sule Inaugurates New Solicitor-General, Permanent Secretary As AG Danladi Leads Justice Ministry Delegation

The Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, has inaugurated the newly appointed Solicitor-General of the state, Barrister Mohammed A. Adi, and the Permanent Secretary, Barrister Y. Y. Ede, at the Dr. Aliyu Akwe Doma Banquet Hall, Lafia.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Isaac Danladi, who led directors and staff of the Ministry of Justice to witness the formal assumption of office by the appointees.

Governor Sule, who presided over the event, charged the new Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary to uphold professionalism, diligence, and integrity in the discharge of their duties, stressing the importance of justice delivery in strengthening governance and the rule of law in the state.

Speaking to journalists shortly after the ceremony, Barrister Isaac Danladi expressed appreciation to Governor Sule for the appointments, describing them as well-deserved and timely.

According to him, the choice of Barristers Mohammed A. Adi and Y. Y. Ede reflects the governor’s commitment to merit, competence, and institutional strengthening within the justice sector.

He assured that the Ministry of Justice would continue to work collectively to support the administration’s agenda of fairness, accountability, and effective justice administration in Nasarawa State.
