The Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Isaac Danladi, alongside the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, and the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor on Sports, Hon. Hamza Moyi, departed Abuja in the early hours of today for Enugu State ahead of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match between Rangers International and Nasarawa United FC.
The government delegation was sighted at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, en route to Enugu, where Nasarawa United FC is scheduled to face Rangers International in a crucial league encounter later today.
Their presence at the match reflects the Nasarawa State Government’s continued commitment to supporting Nasarawa United FC and boosting the morale of the players as they compete in Nigeria’s top-flight football league.
Nasarawa United FC, popularly known as the Solid Miners, will be seeking a favorable result against the Enugu-based side as the NPFL season intensifies.
