Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, on Thursday led two lawyers from the Ministry of Justice to the Supreme Court to represent the state in three high-profile constitutional cases.
The matters included two suits filed by the Attorney General of Lagos State against the Attorney General of the Federation and the Attorneys-General of the 35 states, as well as a separate suit instituted by the Attorney General of Bayelsa State against the same parties.
During the court proceedings, Barr. Danladi had a brief reunion with his Nigerian Law School classmate and former Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, who appeared in court on behalf of the Lagos State Government.
