The Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Danladi Jatau, has expressed profound joy over the appointment of Lt. Col (Dr) Yusuf Bello as the Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor (Military) of the Nigerian Army University Biu, Borno State.
In a message posted on his official Facebook page, Speaker Jatau described the appointment as a moment of immense pride for the Eggon Nation and the entire Nasarawa State.
He said Lt. Col Bello’s elevation is a clear testament to the confidence reposed in his leadership qualities, professional discipline, and academic excellence.
The Speaker prayed for God’s continued wisdom, guidance, and strength for Lt. Col Bello as he assumes his new role, expressing confidence that he will discharge his duties with integrity and distinction.
“The Eggon Nation and Nasarawa State are truly proud of this milestone. We believe you will continue to bring honor to our dear state,” Jatau wrote.
He also offered prayers for the progress of the state and its people, adding, “God bless Nasarawa State, God bless the Eggon Nation, and all other ethnic families of the state.”
Lt. Col (Dr) Yusuf Bello’s appointment, recently announced, is expected to further strengthen the academic and military leadership of the Nigerian Army University Biu, where he brings a wealth of experience to the institution.
