AG Barr. Isaac Danladi Hosts JUSUN Executives, Pledges Collaboration on Staff Welfare

The Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, today received the leadership of the Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), Nasarawa State Chapter, at his office in Lafia, the state capital.

The visit, led by the newly elected Chairman Mas’ud Muhammed, was aimed at familiarizing the union executives with the workings of the Ministry of Justice and seeking collaboration for the implementation of 40 percent of judicial staff salaries.

Speaking during the meeting, Mas’ud Muhammed emphasized the importance of engaging with the ministry to ensure the welfare of judicial staff and enhance effective service delivery.

In response, Barr. Danladi commended the union for their visit and assured them of his unwavering commitment to work in synergy with JUSUN to address their concerns. 

He urged staff to remain dedicated to their duties and avoid actions that could truncate the image of the union.

The Attorney General also applauded Governor Abdullahi Sule for his continued support in promoting the welfare of judicial staff.

 He encouraged the union to continue backing the government’s efforts for effective service delivery to the people of Nasarawa State.

The meeting was attended by Chairman Mas’ud Muhammed, Secretary Danjuma Yakubu, and Legal Adviser Muhammed Aliyu, alongside other members of the union’s cabinet.
