Miyetti Allah Honours Maifata for Exemplary Leadership and Service to Humanity

In recognition of his exemplary leadership and contributions to grassroots development, the Fulani socio-cultural association, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, has honoured the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Aminu Muazu Maifata (Jarimin Lafia – Madugun Shabu), with an Outstanding Leadership Award.

The award ceremony, which drew dignitaries from across the state, celebrated Maifata’s dedication to fostering unity, community development, and inclusive governance in Nasarawa State.

Joined by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry and the Chairmen of Akwanga, Keana, and Obi Local Government Areas, the Commissioner commended Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore for recognizing the efforts of public servants committed to service delivery and societal advancement.

While addressing the gathering, Maifata urged representatives of the group and other awardees to intensify enlightenment in their respective communities on the importance of the ongoing voter registration exercise, noting that active civic participation strengthens democracy.

He further called on all stakeholders to promote peace, tolerance, and unity, stressing that sustainable development can only be achieved in a peaceful environment.
