…As Attorney General Danladi Leads Permanent Secretary, Directors to Budget Session in Lafia

The Nasarawa State Ministry of Finance, Budget and Planning has commended the Ministry of Justice for its exceptional performance, transparency, and commitment to the state’s development agenda.
The commendation came during a budget discussion session held at the Ministry of Finance’s conference hall in Lafia, where the Director of Budget and Planning, Mr. Ataka Akolo Peters, who represented the Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Planning, Hon. Munirat Abdullahi, led the ministry’s team for the engagement.
Mr. Peters lauded the Ministry of Justice, under the leadership of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, for demonstrating high standards of professionalism, accountability, and effective service delivery in line with the state’s fiscal and governance reforms.
“We are impressed by the performance and transparency demonstrated by the Ministry of Justice. Your ministry has remained consistent in promoting good governance, due process, and fiscal discipline,” Peters stated.
Responding, Barr. Danladi, who led the Permanent Secretary and Directors of the Ministry of Justice to the session, appreciated the recognition and assured continued collaboration between both ministries.
“We are grateful for this commendation from our colleagues in the Ministry of Finance.
It will further inspire us to uphold efficiency, integrity, and professionalism in the pursuit of justice and service to the people,” he said.
The budget dialogue, according to both ministries, serves as part of the state government’s effort to strengthen inter-ministerial coordination, promote transparency, and ensure effective budget implementation in line with Governor Abdullahi Sule’s reform-driven administration.
