As a result of heavy down pour flood has drew an Okada Rider along side Mother and her 2 Children at Tukur-Tukur in Zaria Local Government area of Kaduna State on Monday.
An eye Witness who a resident of the area, Mallam Kabir Bello told journalists that the incident occured when the Rider tried to cross the flood area but he was over powered by the flood.
He pointed out in an efforts by the rescue team of the community one recovered the Mother and one of her Kids but the okada rider was swept away the water wave.
Mallam attributed the incident to in patience exhibited by victim (okada rider) who should have waited to allow the flood pass before trying to across as as water wave was coming in full force.
