The Honourable Commissioner for Education (HCE), Dr. John D. W. Mamman, alongside the Chairman of Kokona Local Government Area, Hon. Mike Abawu Mike, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, inspected the newly constructed Chairman’s quarters in Kokona.
The inspection visit was aimed at assessing the level of work done and ensuring that the project meets the required standards before final handover.
Dr. Mamman commended the effort of the local government administration for initiating the project, which is expected to provide a befitting official residence for the council chairman and further enhance governance at the grassroots.
Hon. Mike Abawu Mike reaffirmed the council’s commitment to delivering quality infrastructure that will serve the people of Kokona and strengthen the operations of the local government.
The inspection marks another step towards improving facilities that support effective leadership and community service in the area.
