Kaduna State Government has refuted the allegation there was plan by the State led APC administration to rig the ongoing by election.
The commissioner for information, Abdullahi Ahmed Maiyaki dropped hint while briefing Journalists on the INEC''s preparedness of the in Zaria on Saturday.
Alhaji Ahmed Maiyaki has described the allegation of planned rigging in the bye-elections as baseless and unfounded.
he Commissioner said APC believed on due process and the rule of Law which they abide by.
According to him, if the opposition parties had prepare very well for the bye-elections their outcry shouldn't have been.
Maiyaki commended Governor Uba Sani for his Leadership qualities in which he led the campaign rally along side Party stakeholders in Chikun/ Kajuru Federal Constituency.
"Also for Zaria Kewaye and Basawa Constituency has the blessing of Speaker of the House of Representatives who Leads the campaIgn rally"
"I assured you of having free and fair elections and urged electorates to go out and exercise their constitutional right.
"As you can see INEC is well prepared as all electoral materials have Distributed without any delay.
Maiyaki predicted that the bye-elections will be conducted peacefully.
