The Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, has restated his unwavering commitment to football, describing the sport as an intrinsic part of his identity.

Danladi made this known during a courtesy visit to his office in Lafia on Friday by a delegation led by the former Media Officer of Nigeria’s Flying Eagles, Andrew Randa, alongside Adams Jesse Odoba-Yacham and Richard Akolo Ajegena.
While congratulating Danladi on his recent appointment, Andrew Randa urged him not to forget his "first constituency" — the football community — where he made significant contributions over the years.

In his response, Barr. Danladi expressed gratitude for the visit and reassured the delegation of his continued involvement in football development in Nasarawa State and beyond.

"Football is in my DNA. I’ve been a football person all my life, and even though I currently serve in the Ministry of Justice, that doesn’t diminish my commitment to the sport," he said.

"As far as serving humanity is concerned, Nasarawa State comes first, and I will continue to play my role in advancing sports, especially football, to greater heights."

Before his current position, Danladi served as the Chairman of the NPFL Club Owners Association of Nigeria, Permanent Secretary of the Nasarawa State Ministry for Youth and Sports Development, and later as Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources.

His track record in sports administration and policy formulation continues to earn him respect within and outside football circles.
