Ten members of the National Executive leaders of the Federal Government College Minna Old Students Association (FEDGOCOMSA) have been inaugurated after the affirmation of the new executives.
The ten man executives are to pilot the leadership of the association in the next four years.
The Coming of the new leadership of the executive of the association was the outcome of the Collective decision at the annual general meeting of the association which was hosted the Abuja branch of the association.
All the new executive were unanimously elected and inaugurated at the annual general meeting (AGM) .
The ten members executive of the association, are Dr. Usman Bature Gwani national President, Aminu Ahmed Nasiru, Vice President, Adenekan Shogunle National Secretary, the post of national assistant Secretary went to Georgia Ejele and Aliyu Abdullahi Bababida became the national Publicity Secretary.
Others include, Abdulafeez Miftaudeen as the Financial Secretary, Barrister Kate Odumu the legal adviser Yunusa Mohammed took the post of Welfare officer, the position of Treasurer went to Fatimah Ahmed and Salihu Babangida Abdullahi bagged the post of Internal Auditor.
Speaking shortly after the inauguration, the new National President Dr. Usman Bature Gwani commended the members for seeing him worthy for giving him the mandate to lead them.
He promised to involve every critical stakeholders of the Alma mater in the affairs of the association to Collectively bring the needed innovation that will move the association to the greater level
According Dr Bature Gwani together we can bring new lease of life to " our great alma mater with our collective efforts we can bring about the needed development to our school.
