Ex-Council Bosses, Former Polytechnic Rector Get New Appointments in Nasarawa

 In a move aimed at strengthening governance and improving service delivery, Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has approved key appointments in his administration. Prominent among the newly appointed officials are Arch. Ahmad Sarki Usman and Awwalu Adamu, former Chairmen of Doma and Kokona Local Government Areas, who have been named Senior Special Assistants.

In addition, Dr. Justina Anjade Kotso, the former Rector of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, has been appointed as a Special Adviser to the Governor. Dr. Kotso, known for her track record in academia and administrative leadership, is expected to bring her wealth of experience to support the government’s development agenda.

The appointments were announced in a public statement signed by Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, Ph.D., Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State. According to the announcement, the newly appointed officials will play vital roles in advancing the administration’s policy thrust, which focuses on delivering impactful governance and ensuring a responsive public service.
