NSJC Proposes Appointment of Three Additional Kadis to Strengthen Niger State Sharia Court of Appeal

The Niger State Judicial Service Commission (NSJC), has proposed the appointment of three  additional Kadis for the Sharia Court of Appeal, Division of the Niger State Judiciary.

This is in line with rule 3 (1) (a) (I) of the National Judicial Council Guidelines and Procedural rules for the appointment of Judicial  officers of all superior courts of record in Nigeria.

In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Commission Hauwa Kulu Isah Mrs Obtained by Rimawaglobal news.com in Minna, Tuesday stated that the Niger State Judicial Service Commission,(NSJSC) under the Chairmanship of the Chief Judge of Niger State Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik," do hereby give the interested Public notice for call of expression for interest from suitably qualified candidate (s) within two weeks (14 clear days) from the date of this notice"

In addition, according to the Statement, each Candi shall submit his signed curriculum vitae and six (6) copies of Judgements  obtained in contested cases to the judicial Service Commission at the above address.
