Emir of Azara Urges NDE Boss Silas Agara to Champion Nasarawa's Pride on National Stage

In a symbolic visit that highlighted the deep ties between traditional leadership and federal institutions, the Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Silas Agara, welcomed the Emir of Azara, Dr. Kabiru Musa Ibrahim, to the NDE headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.

During the visit, the Emir lauded Agara's leadership and expressed his strong support while issuing a profound challenge.

 The monarch urged Agara to embody the values that Nasarawa State is renowned for and to ensure that his actions as NDE chief reflect positively on the state and its people.

"Your role represents the entire Nasarawa community, and your actions will reflect on us all," the Emir emphasized. 

He called on Agara to make Nasarawa State’s name prominent in all his initiatives, particularly in fostering job creation and empowerment programs, crucial to uplifting lives in the state.

The meeting also underscored Nasarawa’s vast resources and potential, with the Emir encouraging collaboration between traditional rulers and federal bodies like the NDE to boost economic growth and unlock employment opportunities.

In his remarks, the Emir expressed confidence in Agara’s ability to lead impactful initiatives, urging him to focus on youth entrepreneurship and empowerment, fostering a self-sufficient, resourceful community in Nasarawa State.

The Emir’s visit highlighted the essential partnership between leaders and communities, challenging Agara to continue representing Nasarawa with pride and dedication.
