Former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State, Mr. Silas Ali Agara, on Wednesday, assumed office as the Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE).
During a brief ceremony at the Head Office in Abuja, Agara pledged to introduce innovations aimed at achieving the core mandate of the NDE, in line with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope agenda.
Before his new appointment on Saturday, July 13, Agara served as the Federal Commissioner representing Nasarawa State at the National Population Commission (NPC).
