Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau has called for enhance prayers for leaders at all levels to succeed.
The Speaker made the call when he visited the Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Karu Local Government Area, Rev. Dr. Bulus Joshua in Karu today Tuesday.
The Speaker was led by the Chairman, Nasarawa State House of Assembly Committee on Information and Member Representing Karu/Gitata constituency, Hon. Jonah Ali Dizaho alongside Lafia Central Lawmaker Hon. Solomon Akwashiki.
The Speaker, Danladi Jatau said he was at Rev. Bulus House to familiarize with him as he emphasized the need for religion leaders to support and always pray for leaders at all levels to succeed.
" I am here to familiarize with you, and I want you and other religion leaders to continue to support and pray for us the political and others leaders for God's guidance and to enable us succeed.
"Pray for Gov. Abdullahi Sule to enable him succeed on the good plans he has for our State,
"Pray for me and other leaders at all levels to succeed," he said
The Speaker urged the people of the state and Nigerians to live in unity, peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.
Responding, Rev. Dr. Bulus Joshua, the CAN Chairman, Karu LGA appreciated the Speaker for the visit and urged him not to betray peoples trust on him and operate with the fear of God.
He said he has absolute confidence on the ability and capacity of speaker Jatau to deliver.
