As the drums of March 2023 governorship election in Nasarawa state sounded higher, the wife of, New Nigeria People's Party ( NNPP), gubernatorial candidate, Hajiya Maimuna Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya has galvanized support and vote for her hubby.
She embarked on meet the women at the grassroots tour to canvassed support and vote from them to vote for, Abdullahi Maidoya as governor and all other candidates of the party in the forthcoming elections in the state.
Hajiya Maimuna Maidoya, visited women in Lafia East, Abuja and Almakura streets sensitized them on the need to vote for, (NNPP) at all levels.
"My husband has a lot of programs and policies for the youth and women that will enhance their living standard if give been the mandate.
She said.
The wife of the NNPP governorship candidate, Hajiya Maimuna Maidoya further stated that NNPP government will introduce free and mandatory education for all citizens of the state.
On pregnant mothers, she assured that Antenatal will also be free as well as aged people will received free medication.
As part of efforts to cushion the effect of poverty confronting so many household, Hajiya Maimuna Maidoya distributed food stuff to thousand vulnerable women.
