As ESV Dr. Ibrahim Bala (Moscolo), FNIVS, marks his birthday today, January 5, 2026, the youths of Nasarawa Western Senatorial Zone join millions of well-wishers to celebrate a leader of vision, capacity, and uncommon dedication to public service.
Dr. Moscolo, widely admired for his progressive ideals and people-centered leadership, has distinguished himself through impactful service, particularly during his eight productive years as a member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly. His legislative tenure was marked by strong advocacy for education, improved healthcare delivery, social welfare, and policies aimed at uplifting the most vulnerable in society.
Renowned for his inclusive approach to governance, Dr. Moscolo has remained a consistent voice for the empowerment of women and young people, earning him widespread respect and confidence across communities in Nasarawa West.
