Former Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has congratulated Governor Abdullahi A. Sule on the occasion of his 66th birthday, describing him as a humble leader with a deep passion for peace, unity and development of the state.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Balarabe Abdullahi identified with the Governor as he marked the milestone, noting that the celebration was well deserved in view of the Governor’s transformational strides across Nasarawa State.
The former Speaker, who currently serves as Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, Yobe State, called on citizens of the state to continue praying for Governor Sule to succeed in the task of providing quality leadership and good governance.
He urged the people of Nasarawa State to give the Governor their full support, stressing that collective backing was crucial to enabling him deliver on his development agenda for the benefit of all.
Balarabe Abdullahi said Governor Sule’s administration had recorded remarkable achievements and was leaving behind lasting legacies, adding that stakeholders would continue to stand by the Governor to ensure the success of his vision for the state.
The former Speaker, who holds the traditional title of Wali Opanda, prayed for God’s continued protection, guidance, sound health and increased wisdom for the Governor as he continues to pilot the affairs of Nasarawa State.
He further noted that Governor Sule has consistently demonstrated strong zeal and commitment towards promoting peace, unity and sustainable development, urging citizens to reciprocate by offering more support, understanding and prayers for the overall progress of the state.
