The Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, on Wednesday, received in
audience, the Managing Director of the Nasarawa State Urban Development Agency (NUDA), Engr. Mohammed Y.A. Wada, who paid him a courtesy visit in Lafia.
The visit, according to Barr. Danladi was aimed at strengthening the cordial working relationship between the Ministry of Justice and the Agency toward promoting effective urban development and adherence to due process in the state.
Speaking during the visit, the Attorney General commended NUDA for its developmental strides and reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to providing legal guidance to ensure that the agency’s activities align with existing laws and regulations.
On his part, the Managing Director of NUDA, Engr. Wada said the courtesy visit was part of efforts to deepen institutional collaboration between the two government bodies, describing the Ministry of Justice as a key partner in ensuring sustainable urban development across the state.
He expressed appreciation to the Attorney General for the warm reception and pledged the agency’s readiness to continue working closely with the Ministry in the discharge of its statutory responsibilities.
