The Chairman of the Nasarawa State Football Association, Comrade Salisu Galadina, popularly known as Basira, has paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, to express appreciation for his unwavering support and contributions to football development in the state.
During the visit, Comrade Basira commended the Attorney General for his tireless commitment to the growth of football, particularly in supporting Nasarawa United Football Club (NUFC), Amazon Football Club, and FC Basira.
He noted that the steady progress of these clubs is a direct result of Barr. Danladi’s personal passion and dedication to sports in Nasarawa State.
He described Barr. Danladi as an exemplary and visionary leader, worthy of emulation, especially for his consistent efforts even beyond the formal mandates of his office.
Responding, Barr. Isaac Danladi expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to sports development.
He emphasized that sports is in his blood, and regardless of whether he holds a direct portfolio in the sports sector or not, he will continue to work diligently to promote Nasarawa United FC, Amazon FC, FC Basira, and grassroots sports initiatives across the state.
