The Convener of the Makurdi Real Estate Conference, Iveren Tser, has said that Benue State harbors immense untapped opportunities in the real estate sector, which have yet to be explored by investors and developers.
Speaking during a media chat with journalists on Thursday in Makurdi, Tser lamented that despite its vast potential, Benue remains underrepresented in Nigeria’s growing real estate ecosystem.
She revealed that her company, 234 Hype Global Resources, is organizing the Makurdi Real Estate Conference to raise awareness and attract investors to the state. The event is scheduled to hold on June 21, 2025, at the Sese Event Centre, Makurdi, by 10 a.m., with free registration for all participants.
“The conference is aimed at unveiling Benue’s hidden real estate potential to local and international investors, entrepreneurs, and development partners,” she stated.
Tser explained that the conference would feature expert-led sessions, where participants would gain deep insights from industry leaders, property developers, investment strategists, and other professionals shaping real estate across Africa.
She added that attendees would benefit from exclusive networking opportunities, meeting with investors, surveyors, developers, consultants, and key government stakeholders, creating room for partnerships and business expansion.
“This is not just a seminar; it’s a platform for transformation. One connection or insight could revolutionize your entire approach to real estate,” Tser emphasized.
The event also promises to expose attendees to lucrative land deals, innovative property packages, and various financing options, giving participants practical tools to enter or scale up within the property market.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Iveren Jude-Iorver, noted that the conference is designed to reposition Benue’s real estate industry, helping locals gain access to technical knowledge and investment readiness.
“Some of the most respected players in Nigeria’s real estate scene will be present to guide, educate, and connect with the Benue public. We want to see real estate in Benue evolve into a thriving and sustainable sector,” Jude-Iorver said.
The Makurdi Real Estate Conference is expected to attract real estate professionals, investors, government agencies, financial institutions, and development enthusiasts from across the country.
