Comrade Joel Anji has emerged as the new National Chairman of the North Central Reform Youths Assembly (NCRYA) following an online meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC) held on Saturday.
The election comes after the NEC passed a vote of no confidence on the former National Chairman, Hon. Newman Maitoro, due to his conduct and leadership issues.
Comrade Anji, the former National Publicity Secretary of NCRYA, was unanimously endorsed and elected by NEC members and state leaders from the North Central Zone and FCT Abuja.
According to a press statement signed by National Secretary Hon. Sunday Diwong, Anji's leadership qualities and commitment to the development of the North Central Zone made him the ideal candidate.
The NCRYA has welcomed the news with excitement, joy, and celebration, wishing the new leadership wisdom and success.
