In a landmark gathering that spotlighted the importance of grassroots development, the Al’Ihsan Foundation has launched a strategic empowerment program aimed at uplifting youths and women across Nasarawa State. The event, hosted in Karu Local Government Area, brought together top government officials, community leaders, and development advocates.

The Hon. Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, served as Chairman of the Occasion, bringing his characteristic poise and leadership to the fore. He also delivered the goodwill message of the Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, who could not be present.

Speaking at the event, Barr. Danladi commended Al’Ihsan Foundation for their unwavering commitment to the cause of youth and women empowerment, describing the initiative as a direct response to the pressing socio-economic challenges faced by communities.

> “Empowering our people—particularly the youth and women—is not just a duty but a necessity. Al’Ihsan is clearly on the path of complementing government efforts, and we’re proud to associate with them,” he said.



On behalf of the SSG, Danladi conveyed the state government’s appreciation to the foundation for supporting Nasarawa’s development vision. He emphasized that government welcomes such collaborative efforts that directly benefit the masses.

Also present was the Executive Chairman of Karu Local Government Area, Hon. Abubakar Aliyu Madaki, who praised the foundation’s initiative and reaffirmed the council’s readiness to collaborate on future programs.

In his keynote address, Alh. Ibrahim Bashir Ya Mallam, National President of the Al’Ihsan Foundation, outlined the goals of the initiative, which include vocational training, business start-up support, educational scholarships, and capacity-building programs for women and youth.

The program featured interactive sessions, testimonials from beneficiaries, and distribution of empowerment kits—drawing applause and appreciation from participants and stakeholders alike.

With Barr. Isaac Danladi at the helm, delivering dual roles as Chairman and representative of the SSG, the event reflected the strength of public-private partnership in driving inclusive development in Nasarawa State.
