The Al’ihsan Foundation of Karu Local Government Area has paid a congratulatory and solidarity visit to the Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, in his office.
The delegation was led by the newly appointed Special Adviser to the Governor, Hajiya Iklima Shehu. She used the opportunity to appreciate Governor Abdullahi Sule for finding her worthy of the appointment and assured the Attorney General that the foundation remains firmly loyal to the governor and his administration, pledging continued support to ensure the success of his policies and programs.
In his remarks, Barr. Isaac Danladi expressed deep appreciation for the visit and commended the foundation's solidarity, particularly in support of the recent reception organized for the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Labaran Magaji, PhD, by the Nasarawa State chapter of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON).
The Attorney General congratulated Hajiya Iklima Shehu on her appointment, describing it as a well-deserved recognition.
He noted his excitement whenever he receives visitors from Karu, stressing that such engagements foster stronger community-government ties.
While advising the newly appointed Special Adviser to live up to expectations and not disappoint the governor or the people of Karu, he urged her to be a good ambassador of the state.
He also encouraged other Karu indigenes who are yet to be appointed into government positions to remain patient, assuring them that more appointments will be made in due course.
Barr. Danladi appealed to members of the foundation and the entire Karu community not to abandon the All Progressives Congress (APC) due to temporary setbacks, emphasizing the importance of unity and sustained collaboration with the government for the overall development of the state.
