Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule, alongside Alhaji Aliko Dangote, President and Chief Executive of the Dangote Group, paid a sympathy visit to Maiduguri on Friday to commiserate with Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, the government, and the people of Borno State following the recent flood disaster.
During the visit, Governor Sule and Alhaji Dangote conveyed their heartfelt condolences over the tragic loss of lives and widespread destruction caused by the floods.
In response to the disaster, Alhaji Dangote announced a significant donation of 1.5 billion naira to assist the victims, while Governor Abdullahi Sule pledged the donation of food supplies to support relief efforts for those affected in Borno State.
